Shukrana

Shukrana is a spiritual community application developed by Beyowned Solutions, designed to help members discover events, connect with spiritual communities, and participate in seva activities. We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all users, including children.

Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

Shukrana has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). The following are strictly prohibited on the platform:

• Any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Sexual content involving minors
• Grooming, solicitation, or exploitation of children
• Sharing, requesting, or promoting content that harms or exploits minors

User accounts found engaging in such activities may be suspended or terminated, depending on severity. Content and account information may be reported to appropriate authorities when required by law.

Reporting and Safety Enforcement

Users can report inappropriate content or behavior, including concerns related to child safety. Reports are reviewed in a timely manner, and we may take actions such as content removal, account restrictions, or account suspension/termination based on the circumstances.
